About West Paw’s Exclusive IntelliLoft ™ Fibers
By using their exclusive IntelliLoft ™ fibers, West Paw has diverted over 409 tons of plastic bottles from landfills to date! The process starts with post consumer recycled plastic bottles. The bottles are then stripped of labels and caps, then cleaned and disinfected. The bottles are then chopped into flakes, melted, liquefied, then re-engineered into West Paw’s soft IntelliLoft ™ fibers used in both their recycled fiber fill and recycled eco fabrics.
