Amish Colonial Style Wood Dog Crate End Table

We contracted to adopt two retired-from-breeding miniature long-haired dachshund
females (Rocking Chair Mamas) in early March 2011. Although we didn’t expect to
welcome the ladies to our home until around Memorial Day, we ordered an Amish
Handcrafted Custom Built Colonial Style Wooden Dog Crate from Dog Crate Central
right away. Circumstances changed, and we wanted to get the dogs on April 10th. Marsha
worked very hard to get the crate shipped in time for their arrival, and all worked out very
well. They love their new home and, as the picture(s) illustrate, it’s a great fit with our
décor. We are so very pleased with the quality of the crate, and the exceptional service
we received from Marsha and her staff.

Herbs Front Entry Solid Hardwood Wooden dog Crate End Table

Dear Marsha,

I am sending a photo of the broken knob. I can’t imagine how it broke off as it was very carefully wrapped and I would have thought thoroughly protected. I’m also enclosing two photos of the assembled crate—I’m sorry I don’t have a better camera—the crate is beautiful!

I normally avoid buying anything requiring assembly, based on many bad experiences with missing parts and so-called “easy” directions that were incomprehensible. Recently I purchased a dog gate (from another company) and most of the pre-drilled holes were improperly aligned and the latch doesn’t close properly. I was doubly disappointed because it was not inexpensive. I’ve concluded that the old saying “you get what you pay for” isn’t always true, which was on my mind when I ordered Herbs Front Entry Solid hardwood Wooden Dog Crate End Table. . I just hoped for the best.

I couldn’t be more pleased with the exceptional craftsmanship and ease of assembly. I worked through step 3 by myself, and could have done it entirely alone, but decided I should let my husband help, or her would have been disappointed. We’re preparing for our fist dog—a boxer named Zeus. His “dad” is being deployed on his second tour to Iraq, and we’re going to foster care for a year.

Since we are both retired, Zeus will get lots of attention and exercise, but he’s used to a crate, and so we wanted something sturdy and comfortable for him to sleep in at night. I wanted something that would look nice in our sunroom—not an eyesore. Well, Zeus will have his private “Executive Suite” and I’ve got a gorgeous piece of furniture.

I also want to thank you for excellent customer service. It has been a pleasure doing business with you. I can’t wait to have friends over to meet Zeus and show off my new furniture.

We received our Herb's dog crate end table this afternoon. You said it would be easy to assemble--that was an uderstament! The crate went together even eaasier than you made it sound on the website. The removable top is the greatest!!!! I love it--you just don't find this kind of quality anymore today. we cant wait to show it off..........We will call you firts next time we're shopping for Bruiser!

We just wanted to thank you again for taking care of your friends north of the border. We are so grateful that you allowed us to come down and pick up our Amish dog crate end table so we didn't have to pay those outragous shipping charges to have it shipped to Canada. Hopefully we can send you more business when our friends see ours. Thank you for having it all assembled for us too! It was so nice to bring it home and start using it right away! Neither of us are very handy so not having to assemble it was a Godsend!

Wooden Creek Handcrafted Dog Crate End Table

We ordered a Wooden Creek wooden dog crate end table from Dog Crate Central.  After waiting more than 10 weeks, we finally  got our dog crate.  Apparently Wooden Creek was going under.  We had also purchased brass name plates for each dog crate bearing the names of our dogs.  When Dog Crate Central could not get Wooden Creek to give us the name plates we paid them for, they found them through another supplier and sent them to us gratis.  We really appreciated that.

Amish Front Entry Solid Wood Dog Crate End Table

The Amish kennel was waiting at our front door when we arrived home from work today.  My husband was able to put it t together in about 10 minutes.  YES, it was worth the wait!  It is a beautiful piece of furniture that matches our family room.  Please let Crist know how much we love our dog crate.  He does incredible work!

Originally I ordered another brand wood dog crate.  I was very disappointed in it.  Dog Crate Central took care of the return and gave me an Amish wood dog crate for the same amount.  I was extremely happy when I saw the quality of the Amish wood dog crate.  Dog Crate Central provided excellent customer service.

ProSelect Fashion Color Wire Dog Crate

I called many companies looking for help to find a blue dog crate bed to match this blue dog crate.  No one returned my calls until I called dogcratecentral.  The lady who answered the phone lisened to my dilema and took good care of me.  I have cerebal palsy and opening packages is very difficult and i was unsure if i would be able to assemble the crate without help.  I asked if they would be able to ship the crate fully assembled.  The lady on the phone said she would call and find out what it would cost to have it shipped assebmled.  She called me back within minutes to tell me that it could be shipped assembled and it would not cost any extra.  She helped me find a bed that would match perfectly.  You can't imagine my surprise when I opened the box and found the bed already to use inside the fully assembled crate.  Unless you have limiations using your hands, you have no idea how much that meant to me.  Thank you so much for your wonderful, thoughtful service.

I am pleased to tell you that the crate looks fantastic!  It is exactly the size and color we requested.  They actually made the hardware even easier than you described – the removable top hardware that secures the top piece to the rest of the crate so effortlessly.  The other pieces just snapped together.  I will send you some pictures.

So, at long last, we have our crate and it looks great.  While there were some problems along the way, I know those weren't your fault, and you have provided an exceptional level of customer service for a website company.

Wood-n-it Solid Oak Dog Crate End Table
